Bezant (Gold, 21 mm, 3.64 g, 8 h), imitating a dinar of the Fatimid caliphal-Amir bi-Ahkam Allah (AH 495-524 = AD 1101-1130) from Misr. Early imitative coinage, Jerusalem, before 1148/9. Pseudo-Kufic legend in inner field and outer margins. Rev. Pseudo-Kufic legend in inner field and outer margins. CCS 2. Wäckerlin 188. Well struck and attractive. Slightly wavy and with some edge marks, otherwise, good very fine.
